Chrysalis was recorded over a couple of months to capture the intention of creating an album for physical movement that reflected the transformation an individual goes through when engaged in a deep spiritual path. I have heard this music is now being used in tai chi classes, yoga practice, and ecstatic dance meditation. In many ways each of these pieces is a road map towards deep inner places that resonate with an individuals awakening. I hope that your path is stirred by listening.
